The belief is that you don’t attract what you want, you attract what you are.
So in order to manifest what you want, you first have to become in alignment with the vibrational frequency of what you want.
And a very powerful way to do that is with the law of assumption.
You assume that it already done and you are already living that reality and you become the vibrational frequency of what you want to attract and manifest.
This makes it easy for the thing you want to attract to come to you.

Here are five easy steps to start using the law of assumption to manifest your desires:
1. Get clear on what you want.

These steps will help you to program your mind and raise your vibrational frequency so that you are aligned with what you want to manifest.
Once you believe that it is possible and you assume that it will happen, your subconscious mind will find ways to make it happen.
Step1 : Get clear on what you want
The first step when using the law of assumption to manifest is to be very clear on what you want to attract.
This step is critical as it is always best to ask for exactly what you want so that you can be sure that you will be attracting what you want.
I’ve found that the best way to become crystal clear on what you want to manifest is to write it down in as much detail as possible.
As you write, you can use your five senses to guide your script so that you can experience and feel your desire as if you already have it.
Use visualization to imagine you living with your desire to really connect with what you’re writing.
The more specific you can be, the better. Clarity will help you make better assumptions about what you desire.
Step 2: Eliminate your limiting beliefs
The second step in using the law of assumption to manifest is to work on eliminating any negative blocks and limiting beliefs you have through repeating affirmations.
If you don’t believe it’s possible for you to attract and have what you desire, your subconscious mind won’t either and you won’t be in the vibrational frequency to attract what you want to manifest.
According to the law of assumption, your world is simply a projection of your personal consciousness.
Therefore, as you use positive affirmations to remove any negative blocks or limiting beliefs, your consciousness will shift and your external reality will also shift.
Here’s something that can help you figure out if you have any limiting beliefs about the thing you want to manifest.
Make a statement using “I am” or “I have” about the thing you want to attract and manifest.
For example, if you want to manifest a house. The statement could be, “I have my dream house” or “I am a home owner”.
After making the statement, note how it feels to you.
Did it feel natural (compare it with something you already know to be fact and is obvious, like a statement about the color of your hair)?
Or did you feel any resistence? Perhaps you felt weird saying it?
If you felt this, it means that you need to continue working on eliminating the limiting beliefs that you have around owning a house.
You want the statement about what you want to manifest to feel very obvious that it will happen and it’s just a matter of timing. This means that you have no limiting beliefs and that you’re certain that it will happen when the time is right.

A good first step would be to start practicing gratitude for all the abundance you already have in your life.
You could also begin affirmations such as “I am a magnet for money” or “I am surrounded by abundance.
Step 5: Take aligned action
As with all manifestation techniques and methods, be ready to take the necessary steps toward your desire.
Once you’ve completed all the steps above, this step will be very easy for you.
You will be able to easily spot all of the opportunities or you to take action to receive exactly what you want.

If you think carefully, you will realize that the law of assumption has also worked throughout your life, good and bad.
At many points in your life you may assumed something about your life that turned out to be true.
It wasn’t just coincidental, it was the law of assumption. You assumed something to be true and so it was.
Your mind is incredibly powerful so now that you know more about the law of assumption, use it to your benefit and start attracting the things you really want into your life.
